Parkmore Medical Centre has provided 27,288 COVID-19 vaccine doses since March 2021*<\/span><\/h1>\n

 <\/p>\n

From 01\/09\/2023<\/span>, all adults >75 years who have not had a COVID-19 booster or a confirmed case in the past six months can now get another booster(on top of the winter booster 2023) to give them additional protection against severe illness from COVID.<\/h2>\n

We’re currently providing Bivalent BA.4-5 Vaccine (either Pfizer <\/span>or Moderna)<\/span><\/h2>\n

We also provide COVID-19 vaccine for children aged 6 months to under 5 years*\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

(only those who are severely immunocompromised, or have disability, as well as those who have complex and\/or multiple health conditions that increase their risk of severe COVID-19 in this age group 6 months – 5 years)<\/h3>\n

Second dose of<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Pfizer or Moderna vaccine now recommended at 8 weeks<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

First booster (3rd) dose<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

recommended for adults >16 years at a minimum of 3 months<\/span> after your second dose<\/h4>\n

adolescents aged 12-15 years with severe immunocompromised or complex, chronic or severe conditions (Pfizer booster in this age group only).<\/h4>\n

Second booster (4th) dose<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

recommended for adults >30 years at a minimum of 3 months<\/span> after your 3rd dose<\/h4>\n

People aged 16-29 years who have complex, chronic or severe conditions<\/h4>\n

Third booster (5th) dose<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

adults >18 years at a minimum of 6 months<\/span> after your 4th dose<\/h4>\n

Fourth booster (6th) dose<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

adults >75 years at a minimum of 6 months<\/span> after your 5th dose<\/h4>\n

The interval recommended between a recent SARS-CoV-2 infection or the booster dose is now 6 months<\/span>.<\/h4>\n
