Due to the rapidly changing environment surrounding COVID-19, we seek to assure all our valued patients, that we are closely monitoring the situation and are doing everything we can to keep you safe.
We are constantly updating our procedures as new information becomes available.
Our staff have been to trained to take your calls and to triage them appropriately. It is important to inform our staff if you have a fever, runny nose, sore throat, cough or any other flu like symptoms or if you have been in contact with someone who has a confirmed case of Covid-19.
We are offering a range of extra services so that you may access safe and timely health care. These include Telehealth consultations which help to minimise your exposure to other sick patients and decrease the need for you to leave your home.
We continue to offer COVID-19 Vaccination for all age group from 6 months
We also offer urgent assessment for COVID ANTIVIRAL TREATMENT. Please book a telehealth consultation as soon as you’ve TESTED POSITIVE, Especially if you’re >70 years OR >50 years with chronic medical conditions.
We are encouraging all our patients to practice COVIDsafe behaviours whenever possible. Currently, mask is RECOMMENDED on entry to the clinic.
